THE TXL PROGRAM
Transformative Leadership Lab:
transforming MANAGERS INTO LEADERS WHO BUILD THRIVING, HIGH-PERFORMANCE TEAMS
We teach your managers to create environments where people thrive and performance follows.
This isn’t theory. It’s field-proven, results-driven, and built for real-world impact. With structured tools and a clear path to behavior change, we help your managers unlock the full potential of your teams—and your business.
In just one hour a week, our 18-week program builds the habits that drive clarity, trust, and accountability—transforming everyday interactions into lasting leadership growth.
Transformative Leadership isn’t a luxury. It’s your competitive edge
How It Works
Great leadership isn’t an accident—it’s a practice.
The Transformative Leadership Lab equips your managers to lead with clarity, trust, accountability, and challenge by translating a research-backed mindset into real-world leadership habits that stick.
We Started by Asking a Better Question
Rather than asking ourselves, “What should we teach managers?” we asked thousands of people across industries a more powerful question:
“Who was your best boss, coach, or teacher—and what did they do to enable you to thrive and perform at your best?”
The answers were strikingly consistent: people thrive when they feel safe, challenged, valued, trusted, and inspired. In short, they described Transformative Leadership.
That became our blueprint.
We Backward-Engineered the Thriving Follower Experience
From that blueprint, we identified the core practices of transformative leaders—things like giving trust-building feedback and holding people accountable without killing motivation.
These became the backbone of the Transformative Leadership Mindset. But mindset alone isn’t enough.
We built a program to turn mindset into muscle memory.
18 Weeks = Lasting impact
TXL turns great leadership into something managers actually do, not just think about. Each week, we break down a core practice from the TXL Mindset into a practical, interactive, one-hour Learning Lab.
Participants learn the why, practice the how, and apply the tools in real time. This isn’t theory. It’s a habit-building system designed for busy leaders who need real-world results.
And because it happens in cohorts, managers learn together, support each other, and build a shared language for accountability and growth.
One hour a week. Habits that transform.
We Measure What Matters
You shouldn't have to guess whether leadership training worked.
That’s why our Team Health Scorecard tracks how each participant’s team actually experiences their leadership at the start, midpoint, and end of the program.
As scores rise—reflecting stronger trust, accountability, and psychological safety—performance accelerates. Teams execute faster, collaborate more effectively, and deliver on what matters most.
Thriving Teams. Rising Performance.
Real Results.

The TXL Team Health Scorecard
WHAT IT IS
The TXL Team Health Scorecard is our signature impact measurement tool, built to track how leadership training translates into real change on the ground.
It doesn’t just measure knowledge—it measures the results of leader behavior. The scorecard captures how team members experience their manager’s leadership across the Six Indicators of High-Performing Cultures, providing a clear view into the lived impact of the training.
HOW IT WORKS
The scorecard is completed by the direct reports of each cohort member at three key points: before, midway, and after. Results are then compiled into both individual and aggregate reports to track improvement over time.
Each team member anonymously answers a series of scaled questions and open-ended prompts that reflect their experience with their manager. The responses are then visualized in radar graphs, highlighting shifts in leadership effectiveness.
WHAT IT MEASURES
The scorecard assesses the Six Indicators of High-Performing Cultures, which reflect the tangible outcomes of the core practices associated with the Transformative Leadership Mindset:

The real leadership struggles
we help you solve
-
You're constantly pulled into decisions and firefighting that your managers should be handling. You're exhausted, stuck in the weeds, and frustrated that you can't focus on strategy because you're covering for underdeveloped leaders.
-
You can feel the disengagement. People are clocking in but mentally checked out—doing just enough to get by, showing little initiative, and treating the mission like a slogan instead of a purpose.
-
Most managers fall into one of three traps:
Nice Guy—avoids accountability to stay liked. Taskmaster—drives results but burns people out. Ghost—disengaged, offers no support or feedback.
All three lead to low performance, confusion, and frustration. -
There's a quiet tension in the room. No one wants to rock the boat. Hard truths go unsaid. Conflicts simmer. By the time anyone speaks up, the problem is on fire.
-
Calendars are packed. Slack is nonstop. Everyone’s hustling. But the big priorities stall, and execution feels like running in place. Productivity is high—on the wrong things.
-
No one owns outcomes. People pass the buck, dodge responsibility, and blame others. Accountability is a buzzword—not a behavior.
-
The best people are the first to leave. They’re tired of picking up the slack, tired of being underappreciated, and tired of ineffective leadership. Replacing them costs you more than just money.
-
Internal chaos becomes external. Clients feel the disorganization through missed deadlines, poor communication, and inconsistent service. Your reputation takes the hit.
-
Decisions take forever because no one’s empowered. Managers defer upward. Teams fear risk. Innovation dries up. By the time your org moves, competitors have already pounced.
-
You’ve done workshops, read books, brought in speakers—but nothing sticks. Managers return to old habits, and the same problems keep cropping up. You’re craving something real, repeatable, and results-driven.
-
The Transformative Leadership Lab is a cohort-based leadership development experience that helps managers build the mindset and behaviors required to create the ideal conditions for their teams to thrive. Based on research into what followers universally crave—clarity, trust, growth, and empowerment—TXL equips leaders with the tools to foster engagement, innovation, and performance.
The program runs for 18 weeks and is designed to be highly accessible: just one hour a week of live instruction, plus a small amount of applied practice integrated into your existing job. This isn’t theoretical training—it’s practical behavior change, delivered through weekly sessions that build upon each other to create sustained transformation.
-
TXL is built for two types of buyers:
Organizations: HR leaders, COOs, or CEOs looking to improve leadership at scale can enroll teams or cohorts of managers.
Individuals: Managers or team leads seeking to improve their leadership skills on their own initiative can also join an open cohort.
Whether you're buying as an individual or sponsoring a group, we’ve designed the program to create measurable behavior change and impact at every level.
-
Most programs focus on knowledge. TLL focuses on behavior—what leaders actually do each day to create the conditions for performance. It's:
Begins with Mental Fitness: We start with Positive Intelligence to build emotional regulation, self-awareness, and resilience. Calm, curious, and empathetic leaders build psychological safety and lay the foundation for high performance.
18 weeks of structured habit-building (not a one-and-done workshop)
Backwards-engineered from what followers say they need to feel engaged and do their best work
Built on the Transformative Leadership Mindset, which integrates tools like the Accountability Loop, Delegation Ladder, and Forward-Facing Feedback to create environments of high trust, clarity, and excellence.
Designed for measurable transformation, tracked using our Team Health Scorecard based on real feedback from each participant’s team.
Optimized for today’s hybrid and fast-paced workplaces, helping teams maintain psychological safety, alignment, and accountability—wherever they work.
Behavior-first, outcome-oriented, and deeply practical—every tool, template, and practice is ready to use immediately.
Integrated with the best of Positive Intelligence, Servant Leadership, and Conscious Leadership, providing a proven foundation for emotional regulation, empathy, and self-mastery.
Tested in technical, complex, and mission-driven organizations, and aligned with Business Operating Systems like EOS and Scaling Up.
TLL is not just leadership education—it’s a system upgrade for how your organization builds trust, scales culture, and drives results.
