We Started by Asking a Better Question

Rather than asking ourselves, “What should we teach managers?” we asked thousands of people across industries a more powerful question:

“Who was your best boss, coach, or teacher—and what did they do to enable you to thrive and perform at your best?”

The answers were strikingly consistent: people thrive when they feel safe, challenged, valued, trusted, and inspired. In short, they described Transformative Leadership.

That became our blueprint.

From that blueprint, we identified the core practices of transformative leaders—things like giving trust-building feedback and holding people accountable without killing motivation.

These became the backbone of the Transformative Leadership Mindset. But mindset alone isn’t enough.

We offer two pathways, depending on whether you are enrolling a team from your company or joining as an individual.

The TXL Team Health Scorecard

WHAT IT IS

The TXL Team Health Scorecard is our signature impact measurement tool, built to track how leadership training translates into real change on the ground.

It doesn’t just measure knowledge—it measures the results of leader behavior. The scorecard captures how team members experience their manager’s leadership across the Six Indicators of High-Performing Cultures, providing a clear view into the lived impact of the training.

HOW IT WORKS

The scorecard is completed by the direct reports of each cohort member at three key points: before, midway, and after. Results are then compiled into both individual and aggregate reports to track improvement over time.

Each team member anonymously answers a series of scaled questions and open-ended prompts that reflect their experience with their manager. The responses are then visualized in radar graphs, highlighting shifts in leadership effectiveness.
